The Process:

Forms: To begin the onboarding process, please select the form that corresponds best to your situation, whether WFW has watched your furbabies in the past or if you’re a brand new client!


New Clients:

Phone Consultation: WFW will reach out to you shortly after we receive your completed form, just to go over the information you submitted and your specific needs. On this call we will also schedule a Meet and Greet.

Meet and Greet: The Meet and Greet allow WFW to get comfortable with your pup(s). This ensures that you want to hire us and we want to hire you as clients. We will go over pricing at this in-person consultation as well as any in-depth duties, like medicine, food, potty breaks, &, etc. During this time you will receive a password for our website check-out!

How-to book: WFW allows you the freedom to pick either a quick checkout on the website or for us to send you an invoice. Once the price is discussed we will also confirm the pricing on the website and the invoice. You know what you’ll be expecting beforehand!

Prior to your service: Expect WFW to follow up at least 24 hours in advance to make sure there have been no changes to the expectations or routines.

Time of Service: Cheers to your time away from your babies, trust that they are in great hands, and expect to receive an infinite amount of photos throughout the booked service.

Tipping: With anything in the service industry, tips are never expected but always appreciated. Although the website check out does not offer a tip option, we do accept cash tips or tips through our invoicing software. We do not accept tips via venmo, zelle, ca$happ, or any other similar app.
