Payment terms


DROP-INS/WALKS:

TERMS AND CONDITIOns

  1. The Customer shall pay in full before the service start date. The payment for services will be made through PayPal or Stripe invoices.

  2. Cancellation policy:

    • Same-day cancellation: No refund is applicable for same-day cancellation.

    • Within 48 hours of service: 50% will be charged if canceled within 48 hours of service. If already paid, then a refund will be issued. If pending payment, the invoice will be adjusted for 50%.

    • More than 48 hours but no more than 7 days before service: 25% of the booking fee will be charged, and a refund will be processed for the remaining 75%. If pending payment, the invoice refund will be adjusted for 75%.

    • Over 7 days before service: No charge will be made, and a full refund will be processed.

  1. The Customer shall either pay in half before the service start date and pay the remaining balance upon completion of scheduled service or in full before service. The payment for services will be made through PayPal or Stripe invoice, either through a Paypal account or debit/credit card.

  2. Cancellation policy:

    • Same-day cancellation: No refund is applicable for same-day cancellation (if the service is more than one day, the rest of the policy is in effect).

    • Within 48 hours of service: 50% will be charged if canceled within 48 hours of service. If fully paid already, then 50% of the balance will be refunded. If pending payment, the invoice will be adjusted for 50%.

    • More than 48 hours but no more than 7 days before service: 25% of the booking fee will be charged, and a refund will be processed for the remaining 75%. If pending payment, the invoice refund will be adjusted for 75%.
